Click on “Cart”, then Select “Proceed to Checkout”. You may make payment for purchases on our online store via Credit Card, Paypal, PayNow, GrabPay and Bank Transfer.
Yes you can! You may make a purchase online and self collect the order at our office; EP-Tec Solutions Pte Ltd., 2 Sims Close, #05-07 Gemini @ Sims, Singapore 387298. The nearest mrt is Aljunied Station, a 5 minutes walk from our office.
You may self collect at the following days and hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm) except lunch hours (12pm-1.30pm).

You may edit your saved payment details anytime through our website. You have to login to your Ep-Tec Account to do so.
On Ep-Tec Website:
- Select “Login” on the top righthand corner of the site.
- Select “Payment Methods” from the dashboard.
- Choose your preferred payment method.

Returns & Refunds
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery to recive a full refund.
We will also bear the return shipping costs if the reason for refund is due to our error (if you have received an incorrect or defective item, et cetera).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to the shipping service. In several cases, most can expect to receive their refund quicker than the given timeframe of four weeks.
This time period includes:
- time for us to receive your return parcel from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
- time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
- time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping & Delivery
Our team will prepare your order within 1-3 working days, then pass it to our delivery partner. The delivery logistics typically takes 5-10 days for successful deliveries to recipients.
Do take note for peak periods such as Chinese New Year in January/ February and holiday retail peak season from mid-August through mid-October, shipping may be delayed due to high order intakes.
Yes, our shipping logistics partner will update you via text message once they have picked up your order at our warehouse.
