xTool MetalFab MaxClean™ 45mm Laser Cleaning Accessory

The xTool MetalFab MaxClean™ 45mm Laser Cleaning Accessory is designed for efficient laser cleaning applications, including removing rust and paint from metal surfaces.

Important Cleaning Note

The MaxClean accessory requires its dedicated cleaning lens. After cleaning, the cleaning lens must be replaced with the appropriate protective lens before welding or cutting. Using the cleaning lens for welding or cutting may risk equipment damage.

The set includes:

xTool MetalFab Protection Lens Set  10pcs

Protect your welding gun’s optical system with a set of 10 replacement protective lenses.
The protective lens helps protect the laser optics during MetalFab welding operations. xTool recommends checking, cleaning, or replacing the protective lens after approximately 3–6 days of continuous use, depending on operating conditions.

xTool MetalFab SaveGas™ Cutting Nozzle Set

The SaveGas™ Cutting Nozzle, also referred to as a telescopic cutting nozzle, is designed for cutting thicker materials while using compressed air at relatively low pressure.
The set includes:

• 1 SaveGas™ cutting nozzle
• 10 replacement ceramic rings

xTool states that the nozzle can cut materials such as 4 mm stainless steel, 4 mm aluminum, and 3 mm brass at 87 PSI / 0.6 MPa under its specified testing conditions.

Important Application Note

The SaveGas™ nozzle has a minimum recommended pattern size of 2.5 mm. Because it uses contact cutting, it can leave scratches on the metal surface and may require subsequent finishing. For ultra-precise cuts without surface contact, xTool recommends the ordinary nozzle instead.

For carbon steel or galvanized sheets over 2 mm, xTool recommends using the double-layer cutting nozzle with an extension tube and oxygen.

xTool MetalFab Double-Layer Cutting Nozzle Set

Designed for thicker carbon steel and galvanized sheet, the Double-Layer Cutting Nozzle Set provides an alternative cutting configuration for specific CNC cutting applications.
The set includes:

• 1 × 1.0 mm double-layer nozzle
• 1 × 1.2 mm double-layer nozzle
• 1 × 20 mm focus extension tube

For sheets below 8 mm, xTool specifies the 1.0 mm nozzle; for sheets 8 mm and above, the 1.2 mm nozzle is required.

Recommended Application

• Carbon steel ≥2 mm
• Galvanized sheet ≥2 mm
• Cutting with oxygen

xTool specifies an oxygen pressure of 0.06–0.07 MPa for cutting carbon steel and galvanized sheets over 2 mm.

xTool MetalFab Ordinary Cutting Nozzle – 5pcs

The Ordinary Cutting Nozzle is designed for precise, non-contact CNC cutting of a range of metal materials.
The 5-piece set is suitable for applications involving:

• Stainless steel
• Brass
• Aluminum
• Galvanized sheet
• Carbon steel

For materials below 1 mm, xTool states that the ordinary nozzle can operate with 0.6 MPa gas pressure. For thicker stainless steel, brass, and aluminum, higher pressure or the SaveGas™ nozzle may be appropriate depending on the application.

For carbon steel and galvanized sheets 2 mm or thicker, xTool recommends the double-layer nozzle with oxygen.

It can be used to remove rust and paint automatically and is installed on the MetalFab CNC cutter.

The xTool MetalFab Slats provide additional support for sheet materials during CNC cutting.
