- All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Request for exchange/return are only allowed in the event that you have received (i) an incorrect/ wrong product or (ii) a defective product. Item must be returned in its original condition and within 30days after the order was sent out. We will pay for the return shipping cost for the exchange. If the defective product is out-of-stock, you can choose to (i) purchase other products from EpTecStore (2) full refund. The refund process will takes around 4 weeks after receiving the returned package. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice number and description of the defective item. All exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to exercise discretion in permitting or rejecting all requests for exchanges.
We can ship the products internationally. However, there are some restrictions to ship certain products to some international destinations.
For International shipping, kindly take note that all the taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and it is not included in the cost of order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We would suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.

Payment for purchases on EpTecStore store can be made via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal Account, you may also make payments via Credit Card through the Paypal pay site.
